Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations under this time will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations after 10am will incur 100% charge. We will endeavour to call you the day before your appointment to confirm, but do call us if you do not hear from us.
Arrival
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late it may be necessary to shorten your treatment time as a courtesy to other clients whose appointment follows yours. If it is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment start time to allow time for filling in the appropriate client card. Please switch off your mobile phone as courtesy to other clients.
Payment
Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted.
Medical Conditions
Please let us know if you have any medical conditions as some conditions may prevent you from having certain treatments. Please let us know of any medication that you are taking. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
Pregnancy
Even if no one else knows, please let us know if you are pregnant prior to any treatment.
Treatment Duration
All times quoted include consultation, preparation time, treatment and vacation of the room.
